Volunteers will need to be familiar with these DEP Directives while working under the supervision of Apalachicola NERR staff:

• DEP 202 - Code of Ethics
• DEP 366 - Smoking Policy
• DEP 390 - Information Technology Security Policy and Standards
• DEP 420 - Drug-Free Workplace and Drug Testing Policy
• DEP 421 - Violence-Free Workplace
• DEP 435 - Employee Conduct
• DEP 436 - Discrimination, Harassment and Sexual Harassment

Prospective Apalachicola NERR volunteers must send these forms (completed and signed) to Janice.Becker@FloridaDEP.gov:

• DEP 55-001 - General Release
• DEP 54-800 - Acknowledgement of Key Policies for Non-DEP Employees
• ANERR Volunteer Application
• Volunteer Agreement
• Model Release Forms (approving the use of photographs and videos of you)
